alex's life book

  • In early 2006, I began creating a life book for my daughter, Alex. Click here for links to articles describing my experience.
  • And for those of you who are more digitally inclined, in late 2006, I recreated key pages of Alex's lifebook for an article I wrote for AlphaMom, using Scrapblog.

You can see the final digital result (and leave comments, if you'd like!) here.

Wow! Y'all havin' fun or what? Hope today finds things just a bit better than the other day. I can't believe how TALL Alex is getting all of the sudden - she's really stretching out. Amazing... I just typed a comment that sounds like someone's great-aunt Mildred. But.. she does look like she's been having a bit of a growth spurt, must say. Cheers!

That is a beautiful picture! The light and the sentiment. That will be one Alex will want to look at year after year.

How beautiful!!!! It’s like their standing there having the most interesting conversation ever. How darling!

Good morning! Oh, how I wish I could be there!

Karen, I LOVE this picture! It's my favorite kind . . . no one is looking at the camera and you can just feel the emotion when you look at it! Thanks for sharing!

I had to come back twice to see the picture again, so I might as well leave a comment.
Beautiful relationship under a lovely sky.
