alex's life book

  • In early 2006, I began creating a life book for my daughter, Alex. Click here for links to articles describing my experience.
  • And for those of you who are more digitally inclined, in late 2006, I recreated key pages of Alex's lifebook for an article I wrote for AlphaMom, using Scrapblog.

You can see the final digital result (and leave comments, if you'd like!) here.

Oh, I totally understand about the blue funk...I wonder if this is the season? I'm also in a blue funk, but more to do with work issues. If you find a tried and true method to get out of it, let me know! :)

Ah, yes, I understand. I hope things look better soon.

It must be in the planets and stars and such, I've been in a huge funk too, almost to the point of cancelling my vacation. Never fear, your OCD friend is on the way and I'm excellent at getting organized, making lists and getting stuff done (my kids say I truly excel at telling other people what they need to do). So, tomorrow, let the de-funking begin!!!

Feels like something in the air - a Cosmic funk/scattered energies. I am experiencing it and so are a few others I know. It will shift soon, I'm sure. Lovely flower-photo.

Tish and family

In hopes of making you smile, years ago our Houston neighbor gave us one of these plants, which she called "Franzy Pansies." Ain't no place like Texas, for which we can be grateful (and all god's children said, "Amen.")

Here is to both of us snapping out of the funk. Do enjoy carnival and I hope you will be feeling better soon. I love my mug!!

sending hugs and good vibes your way. at least "blue" is a pretty color, right? (smile!)

Beautiful pic. Just take care of yourself, everything else will be alright (it always is). Your gifts will exceed your trials.

Fun (de-lurking longtime reader)
