alex's life book

  • In early 2006, I began creating a life book for my daughter, Alex. Click here for links to articles describing my experience.
  • And for those of you who are more digitally inclined, in late 2006, I recreated key pages of Alex's lifebook for an article I wrote for AlphaMom, using Scrapblog.

You can see the final digital result (and leave comments, if you'd like!) here.

She's gorgeous just like her momma! I need to get a pix of my little girls with their hair fluffed out big. Their hair is so much fun for poor straight-haired, spent-hours-in-my-life-getting-perms me to play with.

She doesn't look 4, she looks about 14...seconds from a) cracking up b) "Mama play Princess with Allie?" Swear it, every single picture of her is cuter than the last. I am sending you my dental bills from all the cavities she's given me!

heyyyyyyyyy... she DOES look about 4! i didnt notice it till you mentioned it.

also, what caught my eye is the fact that she is rocking that zutano tank at age 2. so i guess i CAN go ahead and order it for this summer! (kai will be aged 19-21 mos. during the really hot weather)

She's beautiful, and quite the fashion sense :)

nope, she looks 18! they grow too fast.

a sad, sad little person you are NOT!!

many of us count on your words of experience, humour and wisdom

now, go get your damn hair cut!

LOL...I think she looks beautiful. She's really photogenic.

She is a beauty...her hair looks very soft! Dont let her out of your sight!

I can't believe I've watched this child grow so quickly... I stumbled upon your blog a while ago and have to admit you are really the only blog I keep up with. Thanks for sharing. I'm two states away from my precious 2.5 year old niece so watching Alex reminds me of how fast my niece is growing while I'm apart from her.
