alex's life book

  • In early 2006, I began creating a life book for my daughter, Alex. Click here for links to articles describing my experience.
  • And for those of you who are more digitally inclined, in late 2006, I recreated key pages of Alex's lifebook for an article I wrote for AlphaMom, using Scrapblog.

You can see the final digital result (and leave comments, if you'd like!) here.

Such a sweet girl...

She's amazingly beautiful!! Okay-fess up- where did you get the dress?

Lorri --

Old Navy, on my recent trip to Miami. Go now, they're on sale for less than $10, if memory serves.

See, now, Old Navy is running those ANNOYING commercials for madras which make me want to NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN... when all they need to do is use Alex and that song, and I'd go buy the entire store.

Beautiful composition, love the color contrasts and the glint in her eyes. Precious. I have to remember this. Not the Old Navy dress, but the sentiment...

I love this picture of her!

How sweet!

Your pictures of your daughter are always so gorgeous. They really convey personality.

How funny! My blog name is Starshine, and I just did a google image search for "starshine" and your daughter's beautiful photo came up. :)
